4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive each bonus offer only once.
• bdt hazy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If misuse of a promotion is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 VIP Cashback

bdt hazy's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze (maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%), Silver (0.3%), Gold (0.5%), Platinum (0.6%), and Diamond (0.8%). Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on total net losses for the week. Example: A Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on bdt hazy can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳300.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Limitation of Liability

• A bet or gaming session being disrupted due to issues with the user's device or internet connection.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Someone else using the user's account credentials.

Dispute Resolution
